Refund window

If you experience issues with Tscribe that prevent it from functioning as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Try before you buy

Since we provide a Free Trial version, we encourage all customers to test Tscribe with their specific hardware and audio files before purchasing. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have tested the software and found it suitable for your needs.

How to request

Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.

Refunds are processed by our partner, Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. While we approve the refund on our side, Paddle is responsible for the actual transfer of funds.

Eligibility

Technical Issues:

Refunds are available if Tscribe has technical errors that prevent it from working on your supported macOS version and our support team cannot resolve them.

Dissatisfaction:

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with transcription accuracy, as accuracy depends on audio quality and the specific Whisper model selected. We provide a Free Trial specifically so you can evaluate the accuracy before buying.

Accidental Purchase:

Please ensure you have a compatible Mac (Intel or Apple Silicon) before purchasing.

After approval

Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
