Terms of Service

1. License

Purchasing Tscribe grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the software on up to two (2) macOS devices owned by you. The license may be transferred to a new device by contacting our support at [email protected]. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key with third parties.

2. Payments and Taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns. Paddle will also handle the collection and remittance of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) based on your location.

3. Refund Policy Reference

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy. Given that we provide a free trial version for testing, refunds are typically issued only for technical issues that cannot be resolved.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Tscribe to transcribe any content you have the legal right to process. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of transcribed content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT TRANSCRIPTION WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HARDWARE PERFORMANCE ISSUES OR THERMAL LIMITATIONS OF YOUR DEVICE DURING THE TRANSCRIPTION PROCESS.

6. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
